The Winter Stableford Series continues this Saturday, if you would like to play please give the shop a call to book a time. Unfortunately it is that time of year again Malc has asked me to mention that there is a chance of Trolley restrictions at any time, please check the signs prior to your round of golf to see the situation. We will be operating as in previous winters either "All Trolleys Permitted" "Approved Winter Wheels" or in very rare circumstances "No Trolleys". Those of you that played over the weekend will have hopefully have seen that the Flagpole is now in full operation, a big thank you to Ian MacDonald for donating the Flagpole. The flag will remain at half-mast this week in memory of undoubtedly one of the most colourful characters in our history, ex Captain Dennis Hartley, who's Funeral will take place at 2pm this Friday 18th at Peterborough Crematorium. On a brighter note the Golf Club will be holding its Children's Christmas Party on Sunday 18th December please see below for further details.

WINTER STABLEFORD SERIES - Saturday 19th November
The next Winter Series of Stableford is Saturday 19th November, there are prizes in Two Divisions for all events and overall prizes at the end for the leading scores with the best four out of six to count, don't worry if you can't play in all of them you can enter each one individually also and if you play in a minimum of four this qualifies for the overall prizes. It will be arrange your own games and book a tee time. The idea is to offer some competitive golf over the winter period alongside the Winter League, please ask in the Pro Shop for more details.
