The Easter Weekend was very busy with some nice weather, although the wind certainly had a bit of a bite to it. The Good Friday Stableford produced some very tight scoring, Division 1 saw a three way tie on 38 pts with Richie Lloyd prevailing after countback against Danny Phillips and Stuart Stirling. Division 2 also produced a countback for the winner with Ady Bonnett pipping Andy Hunt after both tied on 37 pts, Andre Pringle on 36 pts was one further back in third. Simon Anthony's 38 pts took Division 3 from Carlton Grogan and Mick Burch both on 35 pts. The Two's sweep winners were Danny Phillips, Mickey Moore, Brian Harrison, Paul Harford, Brendan Greville, Danny Huddlestone, Paul Bishop, Richard Drew and Mick Burch.

Saturday's Bogey produced two stand out scores in tough conditions, both Keith Manning and Scott Thompson finished 4 up in Division 3, Keith having the better back nine with Mick Burch finishing third on level. Andy Phillips also produced a very good score of 2 up to take Division 1 from Ash Anthony's 1 down and Darren Hunt 2 Down. Nigel Pearce's Level secured Division 2 on countback from Vinnie Demilio with Ian Sutherland third also on 1 down. The Two's Sweep winners were Wayne Proctor, Ash Anthony, Tom Gillespie and Pat Nolan. 

Pete Howard and Senior Captain Paul Cooper finished off the weekend in fine style taking the Easter Pairs Stableford after scoring 45 pts. They were followed home by Wayne Jupp & John Lavender 42 pts, Colin Burton & Mark Weston 42 pts, Mick Burch & Con Lindgren 41 pts and Nick Burbridge & Keith Manning 41 pts. Two's were a rarity on Monday with only Con Lindgren, Lee Woodward and Dave Gibson shooting the magic number.

The Rob Jackson Memorial Pairs will be played on Saturday 29th April, this is a betterball pairs Stableford event with teams made up of one Member and one Guest.
