St Georges Medal

Congratulations to Paul Harford on succesfully defending the St George's Day Medal on Sunday, Paul scored 74-7=67 to take the overall, Division 1 and the Best Gross. Terry Hawkins 82-12=70 took 2nd place in division 1 from John Zajac 82-11=71. 

It was a family affair in both division 2 and 3 with Paul Rawlings 85-15=70 taking division 2 and his grandson Thomas Holman 94-25=69 securing division 3. Club Captain Ian Macdonald 85-14=71 and Paul Bishop 87-15=72 followed Paul home while Jeremy Knight 90-18=72 and Faz Mohammed 96-22=74 finished second and third behind Thomas in division 3. 

The Two's Sweep winners were Lee Watts, Lee Woodward, Rob Drewery x2, Ady Bonnett, Paul Bishop and Alan Buckby. 

We have another busy Bank Holiday Weekend coming with the Rob Jackson Memorial Pairs on Saturday, Stableford on Sunday and Team Stableford on Monday, we have casual times available also, please give the Pro Shop a call to book on either Saturday or Sunday but there is no advance booking for Monday.

Scratch Team 

The Scratch Teams started their respective season last weekend with directly opposite results, the B Team won 5-1 at Home to local rivals Gedney Hill but the A Team lost by the same score away to Sudbrook Moor. 

Summer Knockouts 

Entries are now open for the Summer Singles and Doubles Knockouts, the closing date is Sunday 30th April. 

Rob Jackson Memorial Pairs - Saturday 29th April 

The Rob Jackson Memorial Pairs will be played this Saturday 29th April, this is a betterball pairs Stableford event with teams made up of one Member and one Guest. The winners both receive a year's Free Membership so it is well worth playing in, please give the shop a call to book a time or for further information.
