The Massey O'Brien foursomes was very closely contested on Sunday, Pete Corley & Andy Everett took the Trophy with 38pts on count back from Alan Buckby & Malc Wiles with John Zajac & Steve Leonard in third, edging myself & Ben out on count back after we both tied one further back on 37pts.

Mark Weston top scored in the midweek stableford with 38pts taking Division I from Richie Lloyd and Ben Templeman on 36pts. Division II saw Allan Wilson 32pts take victory from Malc Matthews 31pts and Jim Stephenson 29pts. The two’s sweep winners were Ben Templeman & Richie Lloyd.

Well done to Roxy Jones & Tina Alcock who teamed up to score 47pts in our qualifier for the Ladies Ping Fourball Championship, the Top 50 scores nationally qualify for the grand final on 5th September to be held at the Karsten Lakes Course at Gainsborough GC and the next 50 for the Plate final held the day before on the Thonock Course also at Gainsborough GC, so fingers crossed Tina & Roxy have done enough to qualify.
