Well that went well! What an amazing Ryder Cup, great golf, brilliant atmosphere, a fantastic course and a positive result for the Europeans, what's not to like? It is just a great event which seems to get bigger and better every time, there were some great performances on the European side and it was really good that every player contributed at least a point, despite the winning margin it did get quite tight at one point on Sunday afternoon. It was very fitting the Francesco Molinari got the winning point, what an awesome performance by him and Tommy Fleetwood, watching such a great event has hopefully inspired everybody to get out and play more golf.

New PING i210 and i500 irons PING have released two new models this week, the i210 replaces the i200 iron and has a larger and softer elastomer insert which activates at impact for improved feel on the i200, the long irons are larger and offer improved forgiveness while the shorter irons are slightly smaller for feel and consistency. The i500 iron is a complete new category and is aimed at the golfer that likes the look of a blade behind the ball but still needs distance and forgiveness, they are constructed in a similar way to metal woods and have a hollow construction, both models are well worth a try and we have demos available for both in our custom fitting section.

To sleeve or not to sleeve |
Being underprepared when you're out on the course is a blunder which we've all been guilty of making. As the cold weather starts rolling in, you need to start thinking about some layering pieces that keep you warm and dry, but also lets you have freedom of movement during your round. Luckily for you, we have just the answer. |
PING Caldern pullover PING has given you a perfect solution in the form of this pullover. The half-zip fleece is easy to take on and off when you're out on the course, meaning you can adapt your layering according to the temperature. The brushed back fabric adds additional warmth, and the different colourways available are all bold and unique in their own right. |
